Arts Action 21 serves the Silicon Valley community by making high-quality arts programming accessible to audiences throughout the region. Arts Action 21’s programs not only enrich the cultural and intellectual lives of its audience members, but also support the development of artistic talent in Silicon Valley. Recognizing that performing opportunities are essential for nurturing the growth of emerging artists, the organization selects performers from an array of disciplines to present each year in its events celebrating National Arts and Humanities Month.
Arts Action 21 was initiated by the Performing Arts Committee of the City of Mountain View (California), and is now supported by numerous regional and local groups and volunteers.
